Includes all breakdown calls including all replacement parts due to fair wear and tear during the contract period, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Included in the above is a bi-annual sanitisation and filter exchange without charge to the customer. However, the day-to-day cleaning is the responsibility of the customer. This includes emptying and cleaning of the drip-tray, wiping the splash panel and cleaning the external outer cabinet to maintain a clean appearance and to complete full hygiene.
(FCSS) - FILTER CHANGE SERVICE & SANITISATION
Includes a bi-annual sanitisation and filter exchange without charge to the customer. However, the day-to-day cleaning is the responsibility of the customer. (B-FSMA) - BOILER FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
